My journey to finding peace with my health and well being began 3 years ago.  For some time, I felt like a rollercoaster of emotions and weight gain.  It didn’t matter how hard I exercised, ate better, read articles to keep my spirits up, there was that 1 week where everything fell apart, and then I would pick my self up again and start the cycle all over again, until………

I found a product called Prolief, which is a Natural Balancing cream, made of plant based progesterone. I read up on all sorts of material and everything kept coming back to hormonal imbalance/estrogen dominance.  I thought to myself “Why not”, I tried diet pills, and even went to the Dr. ready to ask for a prescription, to help with my mental state of mind.  But, there was this voice that I listened to, and I didn’t ask for the prescription.  After I left the Dr. I listened to myself, to use the products I already know and love. Ever since then I have been on a road to better well being. Now, as your reading this, I do not recommend using any product with out checking with your Dr. first.  I chose to be an educated consumer and listen to my own body, and this works for me.  I just want to share, that there are alternatives to a more natural approach in health and wellness.

Since using Prolief, my PMS is managed better, the weight is coming off (with the help of Weight Watchers), and my moods are in more of a check and balance state. Through this process I have had to find my regimen of how I use this topical cream, because everyone is different.  This works for me, and if I can share this “Gift” with people and “Help” someone who has battled similar health and wellness challenges, than I have succeeded on my path in living.  No one should have to walk this earth feeling, like you have to live with it.  You have choices, you have knowledge, just tap into it and find what will work.  Many blessings to you.
